Freshmen International Student Scholarship A Full tuition for 1 year (does not include admission fee) Applicants must have 97 or higher percentile rank based on the evaluation of application form and interview OR must submit TOPIK Level 5 or above at the time of application Registered for at least 15 credits and successfully earned 12 credits during the previous semester and has a GPA over 3.0
International Student Scholarship B 50% of the tuition for 1 year (does not include admission fee) Applicants must have percentile rank between 95 and 96.9 based on the evaluation of the application form and interview OR must submit TOPIK Level 4 at the time of application Registered for at least 15 credits and successfully earned 12 credits during the previous semester and has GPA over 3.0
International Student Scholarship C Admission fee waived Applicants must have percentile rank between 90 and 94.9 based on the evaluation of application form and interview -
International Student Scholarship D 50% of the tuition fee for the first term (does not include admission fee) Applicants must have percentile rank above 50% and have completed a Korean language program at KHU IIE for a minimum of 4 terms (1 year) -

Please note

1.
The scholarship offers will be announced simultaneously with the acceptance results.
2.
There are various off campus scholarships being offered to enrolled students. However, only one scholarship will be awarded to each student. If the student is selected for more than one scholarship, he/she will be awarded the scholarship of highest value only.
3.
To be awarded International Student Scholarship Type D, the recipient must have completed and passed at least 1 year of course work at IIE prior to submitting the application. (Repeating term may not be included)
4.
Scholarships Type A and B are renewable depending on the recipient's academic performance in the previous semester. If the recipient of the Scholarship for Excellence in Korean does not meet the required GPA for renewal, the scholarship will be suspended. However, it may be restored if the student meets the requirement in a following semester.
5.
All scholarships are awarded in accordance with Kyung Hee University Scholarship Policies.
