① Online Application

Apr 7th, 2023 (Fri), 10:00 ~ Apr 17st, 2023 (Mon), 17:00

- Applications for admission are only accepted via online.

※ Application will be considered as complete if only when the application fee is fully paid before Apr. 17st, 2023(Mon), 17:00.

※ Your name and date of birth must match your passport.

② Submission of Documents

Apr 7th, 2023 (Fri), 10:00 ~ Apr 17th, 2023 (Mon), 17:00

- Documents should be submitted only after completing the online application and fee payment.

- Applicants are fully responsible with any disadvantages due to failing to submit documents on time or submitting documents which do not meet criteria.

- List of required documents: pp. 8~11

※ Application is completed only after online application and documents submission are done.

③ Documents Arrival Check-up

Apr 18th, 2023 (Tue), 10:00 ~ Apr 21st, 2023 (Fri), 17:00

- Log in http://www.uwayapply.com → 내 원서 보관함 → 접수 원서 → 경희대학교 일반대학원 → ‘서류도착 확인’

- Applicants have responsibility to confirm whether all the required documents have arrived safely in time.

- If submitted exactly on due date, document arrival check-up process may take time.

④ Admission Interview (Audition)

May. 27th, 2023 (Sat)

Notice on time and location will be uploaded after May 25th, 2023 (Thu) 15:00

- Please check whether your department requires an interview (audition) in advance, referring to the guidelines. (p.12~16)

- Details on interview (audition) must be asked to the departments individually.

- Notice on time and location of the interview will be available at Global Admissions Team homepage [iadmission.khu.ac.kr]: Visit '공지' - '외국인입학(대학원)' individually.

- Prepare your application slip (printable via uwayapply) and your ID on the date of interview. (audition)

⑤ Result Announcement

Jun 12th, 2023 (Mon), 14:00

- Check individually at https://iadmission.khu.ac.kr

⑥ Registration

(Tuition Payment)

Jul 3rd, 2023 (Mon), 10:00 ~ Jul 14th, 2023 (Fri) 16:00

- Via virtual account of KEB Hana Bank, stated on your tuition receipt

- Details will be on notified online (https://iadmission.khu.ac.kr)
