National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) is a reliable customer satisfaction index developed and measured by the Korea Productivity Center. It is widely recognized as one of the most effective indices for assessing the competitiveness of an institute or a service. Kyung Hee University has ranked second among private universities for the fourth consecutive year in 2018.

Times Higher Education has published THE World University Rankings since 2009. Kyung Hee has ranked fifth among the Korea’s comprehensive universities for the past two consecutive years.

THE University Impact Rankings 2019

The Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings are the only global performance tables that assess universities against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. Kyung Hee has ranked 27th in the world in 2019.
