Step 2 of the BK21 project includes a yearly review of each group and team to assess outcomes. After two years of implementation, groups and teams with subpar assessments in the first and second year will be removed from the project and new ones will be selected. Also, at the end of the project in seven years, a comprehensive review will be conducted of all years.
